Previously the service only allowed for starting with service without configuration and agreeing to the eula. This new service does all of this.
I think we should not expand all these options as NixOS options right now. Maybe enough options to make it possible to configure it using extraConfig for example, but this is probably too much to have in NixOS directly.
I will put most of the options into one extraConfig attribute. Just out of curiosity is there a performance impact for having too many options in NixOS? Thank you! The reason we need this is because if we just backup every time when starting, we'd overwrite the previous backup which could have been the original stateful config we don't want to override.
An alternative is to just keep on backing up everything, but that's pointless because the declarative ones we don't want to keep. So instead we detect whether the state is in declarative or stateful mode, and back up only when it's stateful. This is minecraft server download 1.13.2 for it to be backwards compatible.
